New Caldonian Republic

The NCR was founded by refugees fleeing the stifling rule of the Dominon. After their numbers swelled, but a bloody war with the Dominion led to the foundation of a new country, the NCR. The NCR still fights the Dominion in the north and occasionally the Tejano Empire in the south, or the forces of the Voodoo Coast. NCR settlers have been pouring into the Hard Lands for years, and it is only a matter of time before the banner of the Dire Bear follows. The Faithful in the NCR are ruled by the “Red Temple,” which is led by a man known as Bishop John, who lives in Ellicott, which is a few days ride from New Caldonia.
